bingkaibanua.com MARTAPURA – Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro Perindustrian dan Perdaganagan (DKUMPP) Kabupaten Banjar didampingi Balai Standarisasi Metrologi Legal (BSML) Regional III Kalimantan dan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Ritel Kalsel lakukan pengawasan terhadap SPBU PT Sumber Rezeki Hidayah di Cabi dan SPBU PT Sahabat Membangun Bersama di Sungkai Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kamis, (13/4/2023) pagi.
Kepala DKUMPP Banjar I Gusti Made Suryawati mengatakan, pengawasan di SPBU merupakan kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan DKUMPP guna menjamin kebenaran pompa ukur BBM dan melindungi kepentingan umum.
“Dasar kegiatan Undang-undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1981 tentang Metrologi legal dan Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen,”. ujar Made.
Made berharap kepada pelaku usaha agar tidak mengotori bulan suci Ramadan dengan melakukan kecurangan yang akan merugikan konsumen dan menurunkan citra Kabupaten Banjar yang Maju, Mandiri dan Agamis.
Pengawas Kemetrologian Ahli Madya BSML Regional III Kalimantan Ahmad Yani mengatakan, BSML selalu dilibatkan dalam kegiatan pengawasan dan fasilitasi. Tidak hanya pengawasan SPBU tapi juga melakukan pengawasan alat ukur yang ada di pasar.
“Kegiatan ini diharapkan berkesinambungan karena pengawasan ini rentan sekali apalagi menjelang lebaran diperlukan sekali BBM terutama di jalur mudik, jangan sampai konsumen dirugikan oleh pengusaha,” harapnya.
Sementara Sales Branch Manager III Kalsel Moh Riza Rahmat Syah sangat mengapresiasi kolaborasi antara Pertamina dan Pemerintah terhadap kegiatan pengawasan SPBU tersebut.
Kegiatan pengawasan menjelang Idul Fitri 1444 H dimulai 10 – 17 April 2023.
Dari 20 SPBU yang ada di Kabupaten Banjar sudah 14 SPBU yang dilakukan pengawasan hasilnya aman dan dapat ditoleransi.(adv/bjr)
